Nerf and Minecraft customer experience presentations in the Hamleys toy store. Come and relax! You can test out the environment of an iconic virtual game or shoot in an interactive tunnel. Shush! And don’t forget to bring your children.
Two remarkable customer experience presentations made by Authentica, s.r.o. travelled to one of the largest stores in the world which was opened by the Hamleys toy store chain in Prague this spring.
Fans of the iconic game MINECRAFT, developed by Microsoft ČR, can now experience and enjoy the virtual environment of the computer game. An unconventional play area has beenbuilt on nearly 50 m2, where you can immerse in play with the shapes of typical building blocks coated with softshell, you cannot miss 3 stands with tablets and gaming consoles, and you can also start building your world at the TV wall with an X-box. The product shelves are integrated into the entire design so you do not have to go far to get your own MINECRAFT.
A similar and perhaps even more thrilling experience comes from the Nerf interactive shooting range by Hasbro Czech s.r.o., which is perfected to the last detail. You can find it easily if you follow the excited shouting of both children and adults who can try to shoot different types of guns with foam arrows. In order for them to be able to concentrate properly, they shoot in a tunnel which starts flashing, and plays roars and applause when the target is hit. There are enough arrows handy, so it seems that the fun never ends. And if the little shooters get tired after all, they rarely leave without they own gun in their hand.
Fun is actually synonymous to toys. Customer experience presentations from Authentica thus fully comply with the retail concept of the Hamleys chain, which is definitely more than just a toy store.
